Metastatic Model of Cerebellar Medulloblastoma Cells to Peritoneal Cavity: Exploration of Circulating Tumor Cells

Background: Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) are the reliable key for an early detection. The cell-based/classified/personalized diagnostic approaches unavailable. Therefore, it was aimed to explore expression behavior of tumor (T) cells in brain, peritoneal cavity (PC) and genomic level deliver hypothetical model through metastatic events.
 Patients Methods: focal assay included protein (PE) by immunofluorescence T-cells cerebellarmeduloblastoma (CM), PC, CTCs a patient. CCL2, VEGF, EGF, CD133/Cyclin E/ P21/Neuronal marker (NM), CD45 were explored.
 Result: Frequency lacking PE Ratio T/CTCs different sections CM- brain PC revealed diverse co-expression involved proteins. poor prognosis is offered upon value at ratio. High harmonic played influential role process manner evolution.
 Conclusions: Single cell- based analysis directive channel unmask heterogeneity somatic levels providing model. Present findings somatic/genomic ratio-based further clinical managements.
